What does my process look like?

The Discovery phase consists in getting to know more about your business, about your vision and objectives of the project, either through an e-mail, inquiry or video chat. This will help me assess if we are great fit!

The first part of each project consists in Research and Brand Strategy, which includes investigating your competitors, establishing your ideal audience and deciding on a creative direction for your business image.

If we are a match, and all information has been shared, I will prepare a the perfect project proposal for you, that will include the process, timeline and custom quote. After this is accepted, comes the contract and access to Client Portal.

This is where the real fun begins, designing the first concepts of the brand. This phase is very collaborative as well, and feedback is crucial to match the perfect vision you have for your business. Each phase has two round of revisions.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Booking your project with me consists in two phases: you can contact me through my E-mail, Inquiry Form or by scheduling a call. After that, I’ll send a Project Proposal outlining the scope of the project, including timelines and pricing. If you decide to move forward, you can book your spot for a 50€ fee. (This is to ensure your spot is safely secured) This fee will be deducted from your first 50% deposit!

  • By the end of the project you’ll receive all final files in the following formats: PNG, PDF and SVG. Original files may be provided for manufacturing purposes. Any additional file types can be requested.

  • For Branding Projects I use Wise (Bank Transfer) and for small commissions I use Paypal.

  • I’m European, therefore my currency is in Euro. The conversion rate will be applied on the project depending on the currency of your Country.
